"Achievable Dream Tax Resolution is the best. A week ago I had my bank account levy and my fund place on hold. Immediately upon my attention that my account had been levy i called Achievable Dream, and they got right on it and within 24 hours all of my funds were place back into my account." - Maxine, Colorado

DID YOU KNOW? In fiscal year 2012, the IRS issued an average of 71,000 tax levies PER WEEK!

Q: I'm working with a Revenue Officer or have a representative. Why am I still getting a Final Notice of Intent to Levy?

A: The Internal Revenue Service has a Statute of Limitations, as well as many rules related to how and when they can collect back taxes. After a number of balance due letters, a Final Notice of Intent to Levy MUST be issued. If you are working with a representative, make sure they have received a copy. (The IRS must cc your representative on all notices, but they are not known for their efficiency.) If you do not have representation, seek help immediately.

Q: I've received one or more Final Notice of Intent to Levy but nothing happened. Am I still in danger?

A: YES!  The Internal Revenue Service can levy on those tax periods at any time, so don't wait until the situation worsens!
